After a busy midweek of Carabao Cup action, the Premier League returns with 10 thrilling matches across three days. Manchester United will kick off the weekend with an early game at Fulham while Chelsea wraps it all up with a trip to Premier League leaders Tottenham Hotspur .
Two matches are billed to be the biggest of the weekend. Arsenal travel to Newcastle while Tottenham host Chelsea in what is Mauricio Pochettino first return to the North London club.

Manchester United kick-off the weekend by facing Fulham, a far from straight forward match up. Coach Eric ten Hag will be aiming to break their losing streak and appease supporters, after their dismal performance against city rivals Manchester City.
Brentford and West Ham Hope to Keep Up Momentum
Brentford will play host to West Ham and hope to keep up the momentum from last weekend. The Thomas Frank side have had two back to back victories beating Chelsea at Stamford Bridge the last time out. West Ham on the other hand to put an end to a three game win less run during week, beating Arsenal 3-1.
Burnley Host Struggling Palace
Burnley hopes to escape relegation trouble when they play Crystal Palace. Both teams have each lost their last three games. A win for either team will be a boost but most likely each will settle for a draw.
Everton Challenges Brighton
Everton’s improvement in form will be put to the test this weekend when they go to Brighton. The Toffees have climbed up the table with three wins in their last five league games. Roberto De Zerbi’s men are made of sterner stuff and may be a tougher opponent to break down. Everton did enjoy a 5-1 win over the Seagulls last season at the Amex, but their form has been patchier at Goodison Park than on the road in recent times.
Manchester City Faces Bournemouth
In one of the more predictable match ups, the Cityzens play host to Bournemouth. City had a dip losing two matches back to back. Fresh from their resounding victory at Old Trafford, Bournemouth will need nothing but a miracle to win at the Etihad. The Cherries got their first win of the season last weekend but it was against a Burnley side also battling relegation.
Sheffield United Seeks First Win
With Bournemouth’s 2-1 against Burnley last win, Sheffield United remains the only Premier League team yet to win a match. United who are bottom of the table host Wolves who is without influential Pedro Neto. The Wolverhampton Wanderers are however an in form team and may prove difficult to break down.
Arsenal Travel to Newcastle
Saturday’s late game is one of the most exciting of the weekend. Arsenal travelling to Newcastle with the intention of putting their midweek defeat behind them. The Magpies, dumped Manchester United out of the Carabao Cup. The defending champions were beaten 3-0 at Old Trafford. This win put an end to a two game winless run. The Gunners know that they cannot slip-up at St James’ Park with rivals Man City and Liverpool breathing down their necks.
Nottingham Forest and Aston Villa in a Midlands Showdown
Forest will host an Aston Villa side in strong form. Villa are currently 5th on the Premier League table, four points behind league leaders, Tottenham. Steve Cooper’s side on the other hand, find themselves in a little bit of trouble. They have failed to win any of their last six matches, albeit they have accumulated four draws from winning positions in that period.
Liverpool Takes on Luton Town
Liverpool are currently on a four game winning streak since return from international break. The latest being the 2-1 victory over Bournemouth to qualify for the Carabao Cup quarter-final. This will be their first visit to Luton Town who will be hoping to create an upset.
Pochettino Returns to Spurs With Chelsea
Gameweek 11 concludes with an exciting clash between table-toppers Tottenham and Pochettino’s Chelsea , promising an electrifying finish to the weekend. They will hoping to inflict the first defeat on Postecoglou’s men this season even though the Blues are a team in transition.
