Ajibade explains her foray into the real estate business.

Operating since 2018, shikinimoni underwent rebranding in 2021 to modernize real estate assessment in real time.
“By introducing www.shikinimoni.com, we pioneered the first online real estate platform in Kwara State. This platform connected sellers and buyers with just the click of a button, fostering innovation in the industry,” the Barrister explained.
Transforming Nigeria’s Real Estate Landscape
Adedayo Ajibade has big plans for the evolution of real estate in Nigeria.
“Nigeria while lagging behind in comparison to places like Dubai, we have the potential for growth. We can transform our style ad operation methods for better architectural systems in Nigeria. Ajibade believes that her organization can build a Burj Khalifa or Cayan Tower in Nigeria thus elevating the nation’s real estate sector to new heights.

When asked if she was a hands on person or who was comfortable delegating. Ajibade explained that except in cases where clients asked for her directly, she was happy to delegate.
